When we have experienced trauma or are in survival mode, it can be challenging to be present in your environment and get your body into a place where it can begin to heal. Our Breathe course is all about preparing to be on a healing journey. Learn emotional regulation techniques, healthy daily routines, constructive recreational activities and how to stabilize your basic needs. In addition you will implement self care practices and begin creating your own personal pathway to healing with support.

- Lack of Self Care & Emotional Regulation
- Low Self Confidence & Lack of Motivation
- Minimal Education in Life Skills
- Trouble Releasing Grief and Loss Experiences

AGE REQUIREMENT: 18 yrs & older
