Empower yourself to understand how your past has impacted your current path and how to move beyond it into standing in your inherent gifts. This course is designed to build on your current skills and deepen your understanding and proficiency of the tools required to be empowered in your life. You will be immersed for 7 days in the experience of ceremony and cultural teachings for this curriculum delivery method. Each day we live, we live in ceremony and this experience will remind you of that truth and reconnect you to the land while igniting your inner fire. 

COURSE OBJECTIVES: 

1. Immerse yourself in self care practices, physical activity and reconnect to the daily practice of living your life as a ceremony.   
2. Continue to build your capacity for resilience and strengthen abilities to handle conflict in a productive way. 
3. Participate in teachings for daily living in a healthy way.
4. Ground your energy and connect yourself to the land so that you can walk in emotional regulation with consciousness. 
5. Deepen your leadership skills and learn how to show up more authentically in the world.  
6. Build communication skills and strengthen awareness of the other.     
7. Practice breathing exercises for mental discipline and tranquility.
