COURSE OBJECTIVES: 

1. Learn traditional parenting with our facilitators so you can meet your children in a healthy way.   
2. Understand how to handle challenging behaviors in your children and also how to heal these same patterns in yourself.
3. Create self care plans to ensure as a parent, you are able to stay grounded and healthy. 
4. Tool up with a new understanding of emotional intelligence and leave with a new set of skills to support you.   
5. Be supported to have a healthy daily routine for your family and in your home.    
6. Learn how to cook healthy, cost effective meals for yourself and your children.
7. Gain organization and cleaning skills to create a safe, healthy home. 
8. Deepen your budgeting and financial management skills for a sustainable future. 
9. Learn parenting techniques and tools to work with your children in all stages of development.   
10. Build communication skills, anger management, and healthy conflict resolution skills.
