With all the busyness of life, we often don't have a chance to breathe and process our life experiences that have shaped our current circumstances. It also can be challenging to be present in your environment and get your body into a place where it can begin to heal. Our Breathe course is all about preparing to be on a learning journey. Learn emotional regulation techniques, healthy daily routines, constructive recreational activities and how to stabilize your basic needs. In addition you will implement self care practices and begin creating your own personal pathway to healing with support.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
- Feeling stuck in Unhealthy Repetitive
Patterns
- Lack of Self Care & Emotional Regulation
- Low Self Confidence & Lack of Motivation
- Minimal Education in Life Skills
- Trouble Releasing Grief and Loss

PRE- REQUISITES: None
(Must be able to pass a
drug test)
COURSE LENGTH: 60 Days
(Extensions available on a
case by case basis)
AGE REQUIREMENT: 18 yrs & older
